Account & Login Issues

If you are unable to log in, please use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen to receive a reset email. Make sure to check your spam folder.

If you forgot which email you signed up with, try searching your inbox for welcome emails from Consilens.

Agent Connectivity

If an agent stops responding in a workspace thread, ensure your internet connection is stable. The system will automatically attempt to reconnect you.

Sometimes long context windows can cause a delay. If an agent is 'thinking' for longer than usual, please wait a moment for the model to process the context.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time by navigating to Settings -> Legal -> Delete Account within the app.

Please note this action is irreversible. All your threads, messages, and associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
